I recently spent a week in Grass Valley and, upon hearing sparkling reviews from friends and on the internet, I chose Annie Horan's B & B as my temporary place of residence for the trip. I must say, that lovely place was everything a Bed and Breakfast shoulde be! From the gorgeous and well-kept rooms to their gleamingly-clean corresponding bathrooms to the warm and just like home public areas, I was blown away at the quality of the house. You get a free breakfast with every night's stay and the lady of the house piled it on thick! Eggs and toast and bacon galore! I spent a lot of the week touring the charming town, and there is no shortage of things to see and do. The owners have set up a great B & B. I can confidently recommend Annie Horan's to anyone who wants a great time at a Bed and Breakfast.

I just got back from a three day stay in Grass Valley. I had some business to take care of and needed someplace to be away. Annie's was the perfect choice! I found it to be clean, comfortable and extremely friendly. The breakfasts were fabulous and big enough to last you all day. I found myself sitting around their kitchen every night. I can't imagine a better B&B experience!!

The inn is elegant, cheerful, and spotlessly clean. The owners are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. They've lived in the area for quite some time so they have a wealth of information about Grass Valley and vicinity. Annie Horan's B&B is perfectly located for guests who like to stroll through town. I enjoyed leaving my car and seeing the sights on foot. Breakfasts were delicious, sumptuous, and prepared with the freshest of ingredients. This is one of my favorite spots in California and I look forward to many more wonderful visits. Annie Horan's B&B is definitely worth the trip.

I reserved three rooms for six people the weekend after Thanksgiving. What we found here was a gracious host and hostess with lovely, clean accommodations that were inexpensive. The breakfasts were elegant and delicious meals. Another benefit of staying here is that you are only about two blocks from downtown where there are plenty of shops and good restaurants. The six of us would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We just returned from a fantastic three day stay in Grass Valley. The house itself is adorable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us; close to some golf courses and walking distance to some great restaurants, shops, and wine tasting. Tthe owners were so welcoming and gave us some great ideas of things to do. And breakfast - WOW!! It was a fantastic start to the day! This place is top notch all the way.
